Meet Our Doctors

Jon M. Sieber, MD

Orthopaedic Surgeon

Jon M. Sieber, MD“I’ve wanted to be an orthopaedic surgeon since I was a small child, a desire that may have been driven by my frequent orthopaedic injuries.

“Since graduating from medical school, I have devoted myself to becoming the best orthopaedic surgeon I can be. That includes maintaining a positive attitude and being empathetic with my patients and their families. It also includes effective communication and the ability to empathize with people as they struggle with sports injuries or other orthopaedic problems.

“I enjoy the intellectual challenges of medicine and love being able to work one-on-one with patients and make a difference in their lives. Ultimately, I believe that my most important function and duty as a physician is to always strive for excellence. For me, that requires a combination of training, experience and compassion.

“The most rewarding aspect of being a doctor is studying a difficult case, finding the right solution and seeing the patient’s response when they are healed. It’s an awesome thrill and one I’ll never tire of.

“There simply can’t be many other jobs in which human kindness and caring allow you to bond for a lifetime with the people you serve.”
